The hotel felt more like a budget guest house with two Queen Size beds in the room. It was good overall, but smaller than expected based on the booking. The service needs improvement as they overcharged me initially, but they admitted the mistake. The staff, however, were consistently helpful and friendly. The location was fabulous to reach, although it was frequented by a large group of men at times. The dining experience was average, needing an earlier start and improvement in the quality of dishes. The facilities were decent.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms, sanitized with replenishments done promptly, and has great staff. However, the large group of men standing around the area was a bit unsettling. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and city center Mall.

It was not well-equipped with needs, and a request to pack a small breakfast was rudely denied. The service was quite good with attentive and helpful staff, although they never considered the price quoted during booking. The location was ok near the airport but slightly further than expected from Kolkata International Airport, with average organization for early morning transport. The dining experience was fine, especially for an early morning flight, with good hot sandwiches.
